Today we all want our children to be intelligent and brilliant in their childhood. We are making students busy in doing those things which are suppressing their childhood, just in order to make the best and perfect whereas we all know there is nothing such as perfect in this world. Now, regarding the same topic, giving feedback is an art in which every teacher should be perfect. When a tutor gives positive feedback to the students then they feel confident and tend to improve themselves more. But in a vice versa, when a student is given poor feedback by the teacher then he/she loses the motivation and usually ends up failing the semester or getting lesser marks.

Let’s understand more about such methods. A tutor should never underestimate any student. Every student is an ocean of talents and this is the responsibility of the tutor to encourage the children not to demotivate them. Tutor needs to understand that a small amount of appreciation can do the magic in the student’s knowledge level and his/her learning. but this should be also kept in concern that too much praise can bring arrogance in the student so it should be balanced. Teacher should never praise any tiniest mistake of the student just because he or she is the tutor’s favorite. Therefore, instead of just saying brilliant job! explain to them why it was brilliant.

It is the tutor’s responsibility that he or she should always correct the student’s mistakes but there should be some creativity while correcting the students. It is not a big thing to call any of the acts of the student wrong, instead your value as a teacher will flash when you will add education to all of your correctional suggestions. Following this schools are also adopting new tools like school LMS where school LMS makes the teaching-learning process more interactive and interesting for the students as well as tutors.

It doesn’t matter at all that you have a Ph.D. in any subject but if you are unable to make your student understand the topic you are teaching then it is all in vain. When a tutor gives his feedback, he or she should make sure that he or she should use layman language so that even students can understand what they have to work on to improve themselves. Teachers should not only give feedback and pinpoint the mistakes only. It is their responsibility to correct them and here comes the role of knowledge as a tutor.

As today school administrations are adopting the admission management system because the admission management system is a tool which makes procedures related to admission of students much easier than manual ways. In the same way, correcting the answers is not a big deal but the method is important. For example, a math problem can be solved in two or three ways but tutors usually apply that method which is demonstrated in books, instead they should choose that method which can be understood by children easily.

Teachers should never use a few things in their speech while correcting the mistakes of the students. Such as, discriminating two students on the basis of best and worst. Instead, this should be made very clear to the students that learning is that process through which any student can achieve good marks and knowledge. These ways you correct the student’s mistake without hurting them and by showing them the correct path.

Empathy is a great state of the feeling which generates from inside and makes one feel independent and more humanly. If a parent wants to teach their child the correct way to respond towards his or her feelings then empathy is the most important way. Empathy enables us to see from another’s point of view and also to feel how he or she might be feeling. Let’s see how they can induce empathy in their children. Children imitate their parents hence if the parents want their child to be an empathetic child, then they need to be empathetic themselves.

An empathetic parent is one who understands the emotional well-being of the child. When as a human being you are able to stand in other’s shoes and feel how he or she feels then you will never take a wrong step against him or her in anger and that is why seeing you handling such situations empathetically your child also will follow the same strategy. Parents should escape being mean to the child instead they should clearly talk to their kid that he or she has disappointed them by hitting his class fellow, if there was an issue then he/she could have handled it politely also.

As parents you need to talk to your kid about feelings and emotions as much as you get the chance. Due to lack of such knowledge kids are unaware of such feelings that why they are feeling in a particular way. This makes them confused with feelings sometimes. So, parents need to talk to their child about how they feel and why they feel in that particular way. For example, they should give the child toys and then make them understand that as they become happy while getting the toys in the same ways their particular bad behavior makes them sad and disappointed or any good behavior makes them happy too.

If as parents you want your child to be very good at understanding emotions then it is necessary that you should be his/her role model.  It is so because kids learn a lot of things from their parents like grammar, vocabulary, body language, self-esteem etc. When your child sees you treating people with kindness and forgiving people for their mistakes and giving them another chance, then your kid follows the same attributes.
